Which product is right for me and how much will it cost?

This is a difficult question to answer. At Australian Cosmetic Institute, we tailor each individual patients treatment. We do have estimated costs, but they may change according to patients needs or wants, skin quality, age etc. We do offer complimentary consultations and can book out enough time for treatment if you wish to proceed. What is the difference between anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers?

Muscle relaxants are used to treat wrinkles and lines caused by repeated muscle movement, such as smile or frown lines. They work by temporarily weakening the muscles. Dermal fillers are used to plump up the skin by adding volume. They may be used to fill in wrinkles caused by sagging skin, to restore volume lost by the ageing process, or to enhance areas of the face such as the lips. For optimum results, patients use a combination of both treatments. The results of dermal fillers tend to be visible immediately and last 6-18 months, while the results of anti-wrinkle injections can take 7-14 days for full effect and usually last 3-6 months.
