Anti Wrinkle Treatment is a simple and quick, minimally invasive non-surgical treatment that delivers dramatic results, leaving your face looking and feeling youthful again. At the Australian Cosmetic Institute, we're experts in proving natural looking results.
- 1. Treatment
The muscle relaxant is delivered by a few tiny injections directly into the facial muscles that cause expression such as the frown lines, around the eyes or your forehead. The product works by blocking the release of transmitters from the nerves that signal muscles to contract.
It takes around 10-15 minutes depending on the areas being treated and you can leave immediately after treatment – meaning no one from work will know if you pop in on your lunch break 😉
- 2. Aftercare
Generally speaking, there is minimal bruising and swelling that will quickly subside in the days following your treatment!
The treatment takes effect within a couple of days with final results being seen after 14 days.
- 3. Results

Not only is the product safe, our consultants are highly trained and educated regarding anatomy of the face and functions of the medication used.
Mostly, you go about your day as usual. However it is recommended avoiding alcohol and excessive exercise for the first 24 hours. Avoid extreme temperatures such as saunas or spas (due to sweating). Avoid massaging or touching the area for the first 24 hours as you may unintentionally move the product.
