Hyperhidrosis treatment is to prevenet abnormally excessive sweating that’s not necessarily related to heat or exercise.
There is nothing worse. You’re just out and about trying to have a good time on a warm summer night or maybe even at a Festival during the day, you look down and all you can see is big ole’ sweat patches. Ugh.. How hyperhidrosis treatments work
We use anti-wrinkle injections that act as a muscle relaxant in the sweat glands. So how exactly does that help?
We can pretty much block the signal that your body sends through to your sweat glands telling them to release sweat. We do this through blocking the release of acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter.
These injections essentially paralyse the overactive nerves, preventing sweating in the areas that are injected.
Results take between 2-14 days to be seen and often last for roughly 6 months!
Common treatment areas are the armpits, palms of hands and soles of feet.

The muscle relaxant is delivered by a few tiny injections directly into the the overactive sweat glands.
It takes around 30 minutes depending on the areas being treated and you can leave immediately after treatment – meaning no one from work will know if you pop in on your lunch break 😉

Generally speaking, there may be tenderness in the area that will quickly subside in the days following your treatment!
The treatment usually takes effect within a couple of days with final results being seen after 14 days.

The area treated will stop releasing sweat! This treatment only affects the area injected.
We recommend coming back every 6 months for a top-up treatment.
